Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient also has to be 18 or older.
Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
When you register as a customer, you opt in to receive regular email newsletters and offers. However if you would prefer not to receive emails from us, please contact us by emailing email@example.com. We will never pass on your details to a third party for marketing purposes.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.
ReturnsIf you're unhappy with your delivery then please contact us via email or telephone within seven working days after it's received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods (all of our beer products) from outside of the UK.
Despite our best efforts, some breakages do occasionally happen - if this occurs, please photograph the breakages and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will refund you for the broken items.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at email@example.com and we will either resend the order, or issue a full refund or offer a voucher for the total spent amount on your next order, whichever is preferable.
We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute beers for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In this event, we will attempt to contact you first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
