Shipping

For all courier deliveries, we despatch all orders from Monday to Thursday and are using DHL, Packfleet or UPS depending on size and delivery location. We can deliver to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland - please see below for International Delivery options (which are currently suspended)

National Courier Shipping Delivery Days & Dispatch Times

Orders received by 11am Monday will be delivered next day

Orders received by 11am Tuesday will be delivered next day

Orders received by 11am Wednesday will be delivered next day

Orders received by 11am Thursday will be delivered next day

All orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday the following week and delivered Tuesday, to ensure our beer is delivered to you as fresh as possible. Please note that at the current time, all courier companies are under a lot of pressure and so there may be a delay. Please be patient..

Delivery Charges

We want to ensure the product gets to you in the right condition and so we are using DHL, UPS or Packfleet. All shipments to the above locations have the standard delivery charge of £6.95 for orders up to £70 when the delivery will be free. There is a minimum on orders of £20.

Local Delivery

If you live in SE4, SE5, SE8, SE14, SE15, SE22 and SE23 postcodes we offer you free delivery on orders over £35. There will be a £5 delivery charge for orders under £35. Please select local delivery for shipping. Please note that we have changed our delivery day to Monday ONLY.

UK Bank Holidays 2023

Please note that UK Bank Holidays will affect the process and delivery times:

Monday, 2 January: New Year's Day (substitute).
Friday, 7 April: Good Friday.
Monday, 10 April: Easter Monday.
Monday, 1 May: May Day Bank Holiday.
Monday, 8 May: King's Coronation
Monday, 29 May: Spring Bank Holiday.
Monday, 28 August: Summer Bank Holiday.
Monday, 25 December: Christmas Day.
Tuesday, 26 December: Boxing Day.

International Delivery - THIS IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. Should you wish to order for the below countries, please contact us on shop@brickbrewery.co.uk

We can now ship to ROI (Republic of Ireland), Belgium, France, Germany and The Netherlands using DHL or UPS. All shipments to these locations have the standard delivery charge of £15 for orders up to £125, with a minimum order of £20. Please note that these deliveries can take 5-7 working days.

VAT & Customs/Import charges for online orders

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all our online webshop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we can waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them before ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred before processing any refund.
